Dehydrated silicone sealant
ZJ-6707 is a single component dealcoholized room temperature curing silicone sealant, in a white paste form. When used, it reacts with trace amounts of water in the air to form a flexible silicone rubber elastomer after curing.
As a bonding, sealing, and moisture-proof material, this product is widely used in the bonding and sealing of electronic components, lighting fixtures, semiconductor materials, electronic appliances, etc., as well as the waterproofing and sealing of electric heaters and electronic instruments, as well as the fixing and shockproof of capacitors.

- usage method:
- 1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the substrate to remove rust, dust, and oil stains.
- 2. Gluing: Squeeze this product onto the cleaned surface of the substrate.
- 3. Curing: Place the adhesive component in air and cure from the surface to the inside. Cure at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity for 24 hours, and the curing depth of the adhesive is 2-4mm. With the extension of time, the curing depth gradually increases.
- matters needing attention:
- 1. Curing requires moist air, which may take a long time in situations with large bonding areas.
- After the operation is completed, the unused adhesive should be immediately tightened and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust at the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
- 3. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Immediately rinse with soap and water after skin contact. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water. If you still feel unwell, go to the hospital for examination.
- 4. If using a dispensing machine for gluing, it is recommended to soak the dispensing needle in a container containing silicone oil at the end or interruption of the operation to prevent solidification and blockage of the needle. When operating again, remove a small amount of glue from the needle.
