Silicone sealant for exterior walls
JS-360 silicone sealant for exterior walls is a single component, neutral curing adhesive. JS-360 neutral silicone sealant product can produce superior adhesion to most building materials without the need for a primer.

- JS-360 silicone sealant for exterior walls is not suitable for structural assembly.
- It is not easy to use in the following situations:
- 1. All materials that can exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents, as well as some unvulcanized or partially vulcanized rubber and tape, etc
- 2. Closed areas (silicone sealant needs to be cured with moisture in the air);
- 3. Long term immersion and year-round underground humid environment:
- 4. The paint surface may cause sealing failure due to cracking or peeling of the paint film;
- 5. Frosted or damp surfaces:
- 6. Will come into direct contact with the surface of food;
- 7. Places susceptible to mechanical wear and tear;
- 8. Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to avoid yellowing;
- 9. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solution) to avoid discoloration;
- 10. When the surface temperature of the material is below -5 ℃ or exceeds 40 ℃, construction is not suitable;
- 11. All building materials used in engineering have successfully passed adhesion, compatibility, and contamination tests.
JS-360 exterior wall silicone sealant provides three commonly used standard colors: black, white, and gray
JS-360 exterior wall silicone sealant is provided to customers in a net capacity of 300 milliliters of plastic tubing and 500 milliliters of soft packaging.
When JS-360 exterior wall silicone sealant is packaged in a dry and ventilated environment with a temperature of 27 ℃ or lower, the storage period of JS-360 exterior wall silicone sealant product is 12 months from the date of production.
